    The Design Process 

    With a full understanding of the scope of your operation and requirements, we can help you organize your space for maximum efficiency.  Our surveyors will visit your location and plot the existing layout via the use of our on-site CAD System. We use the latest in computer drafting (Autocad 2005, Giza, CAP)that renders a 3 dimensional view of your new or existing facility so you can see how it is going to look before and after.  We design the proposed layout  at your location so you can personally input your requirements and preferences. By allowing the client to physically be present when the proposed layout is created, it allows the client to really influence the layout in an efficient matter and minimizes the downtime associated with redesigning the layout multiples times.

    Although this is typically complimentary for local clients within 20 miles, this indeed is a service rendered and fees may be applied depending on distance, scope of sitework, and amount of revisions required.

 Storage and Filing Cabinets

Davena supplies Herman Miller , Steelcase, Knoll filing cabinets, storage cabinets, and teller files in used or refurbished finishes.

We primarily carry lateral files. Lateral files feature wide but shallow drawers that are ideal for high capacity filing. Due to their shallow drawer extension, lateral files are great for walkways and areas that require a lot of filing in a tight space. Most Lateral files are 30″-42″ wide, making them wide enough to hold both legal- and letter-size documents, which can be arranged in either a side-by-side or front-to-back configuration. Lateral files can have as few as two and as many as seven drawers, with most two drawer units being low profile enough to fit underneath a work surface.

  1. All product sold as is unless otherwise noted. DSI assumes no liability and makes no warranty as to functionality and condition.
  2. If for any reason you do not like furniture, just ship back to DSI and we will refund your down payment less shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.
  3. If any product is received damaged, DSI will replace the damaged product and ship replacement at no cost to you

Keys and Parts

Davena can provide replacement file keys and lock cylinders throughout the United States.  Additionally we can supply pretty much any type of locking mechanisms and file parts that may be required for the above manufacturers.
